Efficient/Automatic Multi-Hop Route Planner?

I've seen this asked around several times but was never able to find a definitive answer - does a multi-hop route planner exist? What I mean is something that can be used for exploration or sightseeing. I have a ton of POI's that I've bookmarked to go see at a later date and now that I'd like to go see a bunch I'd love to find a tool that would help me plot the most sensible route between them all.

I think pretty simple but here's an example.

- I'd put in a list of sites, let's say 3 to make it simple
- I'd tell it where I'd start
- It would determine the most efficient route between those

Obviously this is so I wouldn't be doing a ton of back tracking as I go from POI to POI. I've seen the multi-hop trade planners but that's not what I'm looking for. I also know I can sit down with something like EDSM to figure it all out manually, with a lot of systems that could become rather tedious.

If no tool exists, and I sorta don't think it does, how does everyone do this now? Manually with something like EDSM? Is there a site out there where I could drop pins or bookmarks on a number of sites and could see that visually in a 3D map/etc. so I could at least do it more easily if I had to do it manually?

Not aware of anything to do this. Do you have the co-ordinates of your POIs ?

There might be something in Alot's edts suite which would work for you.
