Last Saturday I had the X on the nose of my Cobra MkIII as a way of saying "X marks the spot" or "Shoot me here".
And yes, some official clarification is needed in my opinion.
Do we know what we get for the EGX code? Has it been released?
Literally one page before there's a screenshot showing how it looks and for what ship it is (spoiler: it's an X-decal for the Cobra).
If you read the last 2 pages we are unsure if it is indeed just the decal or actually a paintjob as well that isn't in game yet.
On this very thread Brett C indicated that he thought it was a paintjob although we are unsure if this is correct. If it is a paintjob we are unsure when that will be added hence the seeking clarification.

Perhaps these paintjobs ought to be sold in the Store about a year after the event, and new ones added for distribution at future events and later sold in a new yearly cycle. The result: exclusivity and free paintjobs for the first few early winners, and a steady stream of income for future adopters.

Ah, I also see it says "decal"... despite it being advertised as paint job in the competition!

Yea, the accompanying e-mail said "EGX pack" but now I notice that the message I received on the gift key redeem page said "decal". Which is not a paint job as the title / first message of this thread states.
Can someone please PM me a code?
I think you may be a week or two too late as most if not all from EGX will be redeemed. Best of luck though.
