Astronomy / Space Eight nations sign NASA's 'Artemis Accords' principles for moon and space exploration

That looks like some form of 'pre-nuptial' agreement, to me.

As stated before: The big players on the list, want access to anything the others 'discover'.

Transparency: The Registration of Space objects & The Release of Scientific Data: Are all commitments, most of the big players, are never going to adhere to. They will spin it anyway that they have, if they get caught. But basically: That agreement, is just words and it is fully understandable, that the other, absent big players, do not wish to join the club; at this time.

War is just an extension of politics, by other means. Space, is just an extension of ones territory and influence, by other means.
