Are the instructions for finding a tourist site or are they how to proceed once at a tourist site.
Having said that, I don't understand the instructions. :-} Must be my age!!

Standard(Grind) proceedure (this pic):
1. Land below PWR, cut in and turn off alarm. Clone lv2 access.
2. Raid every HAB on the right first.
3. Go to left across bridge and harvest the other 2 data ports. There is a lv3 personnel here but if you are just after data, lv2 is sufficient already.
4. Return to your ship, climb up and low wake, keep pressing abort when hear countdown.
5. Abort low wake so the camp will be refilled. keep looping from 1 until you get all data or become hostile to the base.
6. This base dosen't have any AA so even it's hostile you can still raid as usual.
7. After you collect enough data, dismiss your ship and suicide in this base, to immediately clear all bounties. Then as long as you dont do any more illegal things you will be free from bounty hunter interdiction, just keep doing good things to cool down notoriety. Strongly suggest later you come back here do some missions for the faction you just grind.
Karma is there, each time when you pull trigger it accumulates little by little : P
8. !!! very important !!! the drop rate of rare data / item actually is tied to the base tech level.
In nav pannel, you should see something like <xxx site> +++ (high sec).
More + there, higher drop rate for rare data / mats. However +++ also usually comes with high sec, high sec guards (lv4) is very tough. You need 4x G5 plasma handgun shots to take a shield up lv4 NPC down. Just dont play rambo if you are in high sec bases. Get a stealth shotgun and lure them scan you in a corner then shot in their faces : P
