That's a cute little animal 
It would most likely be an animal for the small predefined exhibit, since it is so small. Which would mean that it can't move since animals in those exhibits have predefined locations in the exhibit in which they appear. They can't walk around.

It indeed is a very small animal. I hope it can make it into the game anytime. Not necessarily at release. But these just look fabulous.
ps. Blijdorp (Rotterdam, Netherlands) has them, and early in July there where 2 born as well.
