Elephants co-habit.

In beta, african elephants could co habit with others like zebra and giraffe. Since full release, zoopedia says that they don't like to live with others. Is this a bug or have they changed it? And has anybody got them living with others without any issues?

TBH, I don't recall zoo's where elephants where sharing habitats with giraffes and zebras, as elephants can be quite hostile to other animals.

Well does it says they dislike sharing habitat with other species or just that they do not benefit from it? If it is the second one, it should still be possible to have them with other species, they just would not be enriched from it.

But I cannot check the game right now.

The zoopedia only shows what animals get a bonus from living with a different species; it doesn't (very sadly) tell us what animals can co-exist with each other without a bonus even if it looks cooler, is more space efficient, and is nicer for the guests to look at.

One of the many, many quality of life improvements I hope we see sooner rather than later.

My two elephants live happily with four giraffes and two okapis.
I'd say we should take zoopedia more as a resource of suggestions rather than a gospel. :)

I'm (slowly because it gets boring after a bit) putting together a matrix on who can live with whom. Not just who doesn't eat their neighbours (they get an orange rating for technically can live together) but to be really compatible (get green on my list) you have to be able to set up the terrain to be green for all of the stats. I might go back and add super green for those where the plants are also the same.

Happy to share when I'm done - I'm guessing someone might do this quicker and better than me anyway but I thought I shouldn't just wait for someone else to put the work in!
