ELITE 2 FRONTIER - a question about Alpha Centauri...

hi !!

i think i warped from Mars in Sol.... then i had not anymore fuel to go back...

there was super-navigation button on Amiga keyboard or you should never go there ? (Alpha Centauri)

sometimes i waited maybe 1H30...

i had boxed game + map in... but never found a way there....

any help please ?

You probably noticed this is the forum for Elite Dangerous, and some probably never played Frontier, whilst the rest will be busy playing Elite Dangerous

Anyway...
If you jumped to Alpha Centauri, then you need to make the trek of 1000AU to Proxima Centauri where Eden station is. Keep zooming out on the orrery to locate Proxima Centuri, then zoom in, find Eden, zoom in, click autopilot and select Eden station.

If you have a full internal tank, engage the autopilot and engage max timelapse until you are down to maybe 25% (or 4 pixels) then turn the Engines Off and just coast the rest of the way. Important: Do NOT move or pilot your ship at this point or you will shoot off into space, so stay in cursor mode.

It'll take a VERY long time, even on timelapse. Continue until your distance is down to the last 0.9 AU, then re-engage the autopilot (still on max timelapse) and it'll do a high speed disengage and dock you with the station.

If you don't have an autopilot for that trick, then load your last save.
