Elite and Voice Attack

A quick question for Voice Attack users.... how do you set up your in-game controls? I have a TM WH so I start by selecting that, and then adding in my rudder pedals and changing a few key assignments so I end up with a "Custom" profile, but I just realized now that the controls can be mapped to TWO different controls as there are two columns/boxes for each control. I also noticed that most VA profiles are used with the keyboard layout... but which one is it? There is a "Keyboard and Mouse" option anda "Classic Keyboard Only" option.

Is there a way to be able to create, rename, and save a custom profile? The idea is to have two custom profiles, maybe one for testing and one for actual game use.

Basically I use the 1st row to map to thrustmaster and 2nd row to map keys and use those keys in a VA profile.

your custom elite bindings should be in C:\users\name\Appdata\Local\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings\ I think.
so copy and rename custom to custom1 should make custom1 appear also in elite
and BTW you can create another profile in VA also and change to that from the first VA profile with a command and back, if you want that.

Whoa! That was totally awesome help! I've copied and renamed my "custom" profile so now I have that as backup, and it shows up in-game as well! Sweet!

I do think FD should edit the UI so that it is possible to load/save/rename from in-game but this'll do for now.
