I thought you guys might would like to see my Elite: Dangerous battle station. It's not the most budget conscience setup I've seen posted. I've spared little expense to maximize my experience with the game.
Here is the overview of my setup. This is the Obutton R3volution gaming cockpit with several accessories. I've got the triple monitor mount, the acrylic tabletops, the speaker mounts, and the Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS mount.
Here it is from the side.
This is the throttle of the Warthog HOTAS and a Logitech G13. The G13 is programmable and has a display that can be used for many functions. In my case it usually shows info from my TeamSpeak server.
Here is the Warthog flight stick and the Saitek Combat Rudder Pedals.
This is the Logitech G27 keyboard with a full color game panel. I'd love it if Frontier would support it in Elite. Above that you can see my Surface Pro 3. I use that to keep track of market information and the forums.
My perspective while flying. That's three Asus VG248QE monitors and a Dell touch panel powered by two Asus NVidia GTX 780 ti's. The VG248QEs are in NVidia Surround mode with the touch screen configured as an accessory display At the top you can see my TrackIR for head tracking.
A close up of the touch screen. The software here is called Helios from a guy named Gadroc running my own custom profile. It let's you build custom interfaces for games, usually flight simulators. Certain sims, like DCS, can send data to Helios to set the state of controls. Elite doesn't do that, so it works just like pressing keys on the keyboard. I'm hoping for an API soon so I can display cockpit info in the area above the controls. Or maybe a two way API so I can add additional controls to do more advanced functions.
If you have any questions let me know. Aside from working the hours to get the money for everything, it wasn't that hard to setup... well... carrying the Obutto upstairs nearly gave me a hernia, but other than that it was okay.

EDIT: P.S. How do you do line breaks on this forum?
