No voice attack? There was also an app for tablets that had icons for some controls like landing gear etc.

I've in no way got anything similar to you (great set up btw) but with voice attack I hardly have to use the keyboard and can keep my hands on my HOTAS.

While I get where people are coming from about a mini fridge or Occulus rift, I think it's pretty obvious what your setup is really missing...

... Intravenous feeding tubes and plumbed-in toilet facilities.
