The suggestions in this may help you to plan out your own combined joystick throttle rudder pedal, TrackIR, but do not need to be taken as rock solid requirements, since everyone has different combinations of hardware.
So what I attempted to do was point out thought provoking clever tricks which can be adjusted to your way of doing things..
