I was reading the 30 page epic about the lost sidewinder when I realise that to keep OPEN the way it is, rather than do what some people want and turn it into 1950's small town America, we would need to help people not wander blithely into the badlands.
OPEN is the wild west and like the wild west it's not nearly as dangerous as people imagine it to be. For every Jack Palance there is a 1000 sheep farmers.
So in this thread, report areas (not people) where it may not be safe for people who want to be peaceable.
If bountyhunters want to use this thread as a resource too, well that's dandy.
So to business;
The Code's playground of the 'New Caribbean' and a center for rare trading. Very likely to be pirated, very likely to be engaged if you are on their KOS list. If you are carrying a KWS and an Interdictor you may be challenged to leave if they believe you are targetting players. You may also be asked if you are in one of the numerous other PVP groups who like to fight them.
I'll update this as other areas are mentioned.
