"Elite Dangerous 2.2"

White label on lower left of screen in bright white letters saying, "Elite Dangerous 2.2".

How can I turn that off? Am exploring with dark cockpit and that is annoying the heck out of me.

Yes, it's extremely annoying; especially because it also stays when making screenshots. Please fix.

The same thing happened last time a beta was released and it was fixed soon after. I think there must be some reason for them leaving it there for the first couple of days after release.

It's something Frontier keep forgetting to disable after the beta for each major revision.

Same happened with 2.1, and IIRC 2.0

I suspect the reason is called 'Intern Labour'.
