I originally used a program called Dreamscape to create this, but reddit user LVirus recommended the stardocks program Deskscapes
I HIGHLY recommend you use this program if you want to use this wallpaper. It is a paid application but it comes with a 30 day free trial.
After installing that you can download the .dream file I created here
I created the file from the original main menu animation, the original file can be found in
Or, Afaik, depending on your installation it can also be found under program files.
I converted the file FrontEnd0.webm to a .wmv then used that to create the .dream file.
