Greetings,
forgive my ignorance, but I never played ED on my old xbox 360 (only Halo, COD, Far Cry and Mass Effect)), however I played it for a year now on the PS4 and therefore do not know all the requirements of the game in microsoft space,.
I am currently looking to get ED for a still-to-arrive XBOX (if it ever arrives).
And at microsoft (see link) the game is offered in the standard version for 8,- for the next 3 days (meaning it will have to be purchased before the xbox arrives)
Is that a deal to consider?
I know its a bit ridiculous to hassle about 17,- Euros when the console itself costs about 500,- but I sadly cannot resist a bargain.
Other sites like amazon ask between 35,- up to 55 euros (ok, the 50 is for "legendary elited dangerous" but it looks like it only contains an additional 1.000 arx).
I would like to know if I am missing something, like buying only the box but not the game or a version which is only available online or an older version running only with VGA.
I am familiar with the playstation offering downloadable diskless games to store on the harddrive, so probably that is meant with "xbox live" in the platform description here.
According to the description Horizon "Season" is part of the game (but not the Azure paint job nor the CobraM4, of course).
I know I can't take my PS4 account over to the Xbox nor play with both of them together, but I think that starting a new career in Mantet in 4k/60 for a mere 8,- might be nice.
Why the xbox when I have a current gen playstation? I wanted to buy the PS5, but since Novermber no luck and now I am fed up waiting for a NextGen console (too late for Cyberpunk '77, though).
The order still might get cancelled, on the other hand.
Aaaaand: since I dread flying with the controller, is the Hotas One the only available Joystick for the Xbox?
Like the Hotas 4 is the only licensed stick for the PS (at least the only one functioning in ED, other games run with a "warthog" hotas alledgedly).
