I know the CMs are doing their best. Planning CQC seems to be the last stand option. Are there any people interested in it? Well, and doing it in Horizons speaks for itself ... best way to avoid all the bugs in Odyssey.

Regarding Tuesday, does that mean no news about the game? Ta. :)
If you're looking for news, it's here, straight from the top:

Edit: Given this dropped today, I'd expect the opening portion of tomorrow's Supercruise News to be all about the change in direction, though I wouldn't necessarily expect more detail at this stage.

No no no, don't expect anything unless they specifially say it, and even than take it with a grain of salt.
Notice how this weekly schedual doesn't even mention the existance of the " Odyssey Going Forward " post. Makes one wonder if CM's even knew it was coming....

Since they typically take chat questions at the beginning of Supercruise News, and since pretty much all the questions are going to be about this news (the rest will be about ship interiors, because you can never be too sure the horse is properly dead so why not beat it some more), I'm fairly confident the topic will come up. They may move on swiftly, and as I said don't expect more detail, but for sure it'll be discussed.

Yeap, can expect lots of new bans on stream once people don't get the answers they are looking for and start their sarcastic replies.

Probably, but if they lack the emotional range to be disappointed or frustrated and remain civil there really isn't any choice at that point. You either let them entirely derail the conversation or you sideline them.

No doubt - pretty much the same here in a week or so too, already the forced good manners are beginning to slip on the forum. Let's hope that the early 'news' part of the stream gives some more info to accompany the missive from @David Braben (y)

Looking forward to seeing a recap of recent fixes & a summary of the top priority bugs & design changes identified by the issue tracker on Tuesday's stream :)

David Braben's earlier post seems genuinely sincere. Even though part of me feels a little cynical if I'm honest, I think we need to give Frontier and the CM's some slack. By all means be constructive but quit the sarcasm and complaining and give them a chance to put things right.

I have been part of it too. I've moaned and complained, albeit I hope in a legitimate manner. And I still do NOT approve of what happened to Drew Wager's post: That was below the belt. However let's just let them get on with it for heaven's sake. It's exhausting reading through the forums these days. God knows what it must be like for the CM's having to go to work each day to be thrown to the hyenas.

Enough is enough. Let's just see what transpires please.
