Yeah, hopefully.

I'm not worried either way, as the game has been slowly improving in the performance front since launch with all the patches.

As for " Most likely the day the update goes out " - it has barely been a month since they promised to improve communications and yet a crucial information is missing right now.
A lot of people i know were going to come back on 24th to see how game has improved in a month, just to find out there is no final patch this week and no announcement about cancelation. Imagine the dissapointmets players will feel when a long a waited feature of " Shared Mission " won't be there on Thursday with out any prior notification.

Exactly. It could be great if on their main page could be that info, links to forums, I don't care, but INFO. Now I need to check Facebook pages and forums by myself, that's not "better communication," that's "we don't know how to communicate."

It hasn't been cancelled, just pushed back by a week, announced in two live streams last week and on this community schedule... all in advance of the original date btw 👍

Frontier used to be MUCH worse with communication, this is a massive improvement 👍

the only interesting thing is the stream on Thursday. Hope they'll provide true content. My expectation is very low.
No on foot VR, no base or settlement building and more atmospheric worlds or gas giants make the DLC very underwhelming.
