An amazing journey through the Pleiades nebula ( the 1st waypoint in the Crab nebula Expedition), In Merope (system) finding the barnacle was a pain but i manged and enjoyed collecting and meeting a fellow cmdr. first one ive seen actually. although i am on Xbox

Thought i would give an update on the CNE for the xbox players, and showcase some of the beauty horizons has brought us o7

My apologies, i fixed the thread a little. I am not in the crab nebula, i am in the Pleiades Nebula. The crab nebula expedition is a series of waypoints heading towards the crab nebula. This waypoint featured the pleiades Nebula barnacles which are in the video above. i am sorry for any that are confused

The title is probably misleading ?

He did not "find" a barnacle in the crab nebula (That was my first understanding), but after watching the video, Pleiades was one thing they visited, and looked for barnacle at Merope 5c.

At least that's what i'm getting out of it ...

went as close as i could in OC following the coordinates, but the planet is just so dang dark and flying was not an option so i tried going the rest of the way in the SRV but it was taking too long. so i recalled my ship and flew with landing gear down so i could see the landscape on the radar thingy. it was a hassle. but i ended up parking my ship right by the barnacle and facing the other way. so when i took the SRV out to scout around i saw the barnacle right over a small hill (or like a black blob) so i turned around and landed near it. andddddd then got disconnected lol. but all went well after that

even fell through the entire planet too.
