Elite Dangerous Crashing At Menu

Today when I got on my Elite Dangerous would no longer load in. I get as far as "Press X to continue" before the game crashes. The local save file also becomes corrupted and I have to delete it.

The error code on the PS4 blue screen is CE-34878-0.

I've deleted the game twice and redownloaded.
Restarted router and modem multiple times.
Rebuild the database and the keys.
I started elite on a seperate account and it loaded me in so it appears to be an error with my PSN account specifically.

Unsure if this is an elite side issue or if i should contact PS.

Generic crash code for game engine crashed..

The Game does many a Dial home during Boot up...
you can bypass these crashing the game when they fail by turning the internet off on console... then turning it back on during boot...
Yes one of the fixes is to get the game run is to have no internet when game is booted... lol..

This stops the dial homes failing as the dial home script is not run as PS4 states its in offline mode which stops it crashing out the rest of the game after you press X as the dail home script would still be running..

Turn off Internet in PS4 settings...
Launch game
Press x in game..
You are informed that you need online to play ignorre press X again insure you get another notification..
Go back to PS4 settings and reenable Internet...
Press X
It should now continue normaly but with slow login and then load the normal menu...
