Greetings Commanders!

Just a little courtesy message to say that the much anticipated 'Stygian' paint jobs are now in stock in the Elite Dangerous Gamestore,
with 20% off!​



**NOTE: We're having a little trouble with the Stygians being a little shy on the main page at the moment, so here's a deep link to the Stygian selection until the store side hamsters really get spinning: dlc.elitedangerous.com/ships/list?extra_type=180&ship_style=293



As a little recap of the Black Friday Event through to now Cyber Monday, on a whole:
  • There is currently up to 40% off Ship Kits and Gear Sets.
  • As well as up to 30% off select Paint Jobs, Cockpit Customisation, Detailing and Weapon Colours, including the return of the Midnight Black paint last week and now the release of 'Stygian' paint at 20% off.
All of the Black Friday through Cyber Monday offerings are now final and present in store, so as a reminder you have until December 5th to take final advantage of them all.

  • Thank you so much for your patience in waiting on further information regarding this issue. Happy to confirm that this has a fix in place for Update 14, coming November 29th.
Will Midnight and Stygian be available from the 25th/28th until the end of the sale, or just for their respective days?
  • Yes! Both Midnight and Stygian paint jobs will be available until the end of the Black Friday sale event once released (so the 5th). They will not only be available for their respective days o7


Enough about Black Friday, Sally, when will we know what's happening on Update 14 release day!?

60 of them bought. For now. That's reds and greens sorted for all my ships and some I don't have yet. Might have a poke at the blues and tungstens in a bit.

Sally, packs of these wouldn't be a bad idea. Sygian pack for your ship, say 15,000 for all six, instead of 3,200 each. Bit of savings, and less clicking for morons like me.

Is the sale over already?!?! Ahh, Sally - spare a thought for people not in the same time zone as the servers. Only just getting off work now and seeing everything back to full price.

I would be happy if the discounted price actually stayed for the entire sale instead of reverting back to full price periodically.

This is the second time in the last couple of days that I have tried to pick up some of the paint jobs only to have prices revert back to full price when I go in to buy them.

I'm guessing it's a bug, since the picture in the OP clearly says they'll be 20% off until Dec 5th.

I checked it out and they're still being listed at full price on the website as of this post. Not sure about in-game, but it's too late to check that now as the servers just went offline to apply Update 14.

@sallymorganmoore You need a new selection filter in the store, unless I'm too dumb to find it. There is currently no way to select by paintjob type, we can only filter by ship and colour. There's no way to filter for all stygian or midnight black or whatever regardless of ship and colour. With by now 132 pages of paintjobs, this starts becoming an issue.

The attributes are there - Frontier's DLC store just doesn't let you use them to filter with...

I think I'm going to buy myself a brass Anaconda when the prices get fixed back to the sale. But only because there was no Stygian Yellow! Wait.. are you callin me yellow?? OK vibrant or military yellow? Oh, Stygian yellow, why thank you.. thank you indeed..
