We’re pleased to be able to confirm that Elite Dangerous: Horizons is now available on Steam, as well as our store, via early access.

Anyone that has already pre ordered or purchased through our store can get a steam key from our Frontier store.

Hmm. So I signed in with steam but i'm only seeing the Elite Dangerous key under Partner Keys - not the Horizons key?

I've got a button "Claim a key for Elite Dangerous Horizons" in the store, but when I click it I get an error message "Cannot claim, contact support" (which I did, but support will take 3 days!)

You need to request the key from the frontier store. (though you'll likely get an error atm)

I got the same error. The servers are obviously getting hammered (and not in the good way), so I'd suggest just waiting a few hours. At least that's what I'm doing.

Same here, I'm guessing that whatever servers handle all of that are under a lot of strain right now. It'll probably be there a little later.

where is that Button tho? i can only see the Key for the regular game and no "Claim a key for Elite Dangerous Horizons" or am i blind? O:
