Elite Dangerous: Horizons Xbox Entitlements Issue [RESOLVED]

Greetings Commanders.

Thank you to many of you for your patience here in the Forum last night following a large scale issue currently present, whereby Xbox Commanders cannot access Horizons content (this includes shipyards, livery, the ability to land on planets, with errors occurring throughout).

I'd like to make this thread a 'catch all' for updates on our progress with investigations where further information will be posted as and when we have it for you.

The team are fully engaged in looking into the matter as I type.​

Note:
Please, if possible refrain from using this thread to raise additional issues unrelated to the current entitlements investigation. It really, really helps me to keep strings of information neatly separated out.
When available and able, we will continue to address remaining discussed issues present in game throughout the corresponding open threads and conversations around us.

I am also working on a more general, current, high priority known issues list which will be circulated shortly to again bring the focus in a little more, than it being spread over random threads.

Because Frontier have acknowledged customers are entitled to what they've paid for?
Issues happen. Technical glitches, server problems (which is what I believe happened
in this instance) can and do happen. Is it annoying. Sure. Is it the fdevs fault? No. People ranting and raving only serves to show how immature people actually are. Betting most people who scream about entitlement have never read the EULA….

You mean the bit where it says Frontier are entitled to withdraw online services whenever they like?

Yes, I've read it and experienced it.
 
well horizon works 4 me but i miss the cobra 4 (not showing in shipyard and i dont play the free version of the game i got game + all add ons when it

came out ) + u killd pirate missions now totaly i made a video and i use a pirate killer ship t 5 rolld insane now beginners die in 10 sec with a normal

ship 100% i now understand the reason so manny kids run mods in games (godmode)

Now pirates loot u insane fire mass limpets @u from any angle totaly braindead stuppid (look vid) + servers have a new prob started 2 -3 days ago if

u have auto turrets the stop fireing after a wile and turn in 2 a nother mode or stop fiering totaly ( i will make vid) + ai ships only take dmg if u have a

lock and look at them they totaly ignore auto turrent dmg even if u have 6 auto turrents on ship i make vid with t 10 2 show u so the ai flips 2 god

mode nice cane some 1 fix this braindead ai probs plz
