Elite Dangerous is not ecognizing my Virpil CM2 Throttle, except for the Throttle axis itself

The throttle is recognized in Star Wars Squadrons completely, I can use every button with it without issue.,

I load up Elite and it only recognizes the Throttle and nothing else.

I feel like I need to do something special to get this to work with Elite.

Before asking, yes, everything is correctly setup in the Virpil software, and the Virpil software recognizes everything fine, this is the only game i have an issue with the Throttle.

IIRC it might help to use the Virpil feature to split the throttle into two 32-buttons-or-less virtual devices.
