Elite Dangerous Launcher does not start ED anymore after last Win Update

HI all,

I have WIN 10 on a Laptop. After the last Win update the launhcer does not run ED anymore.
1.Click paly
2.The screen goes black as it is loading the game.
3.It quit after few sec and goes back to the launcher.
4.THe play button re appare.

I already reinstall ED.
I already try to disable the antivirus.
I already try fix system file.

Anybody can help?

I'd make sure a bunch of other things work and see if that shakes out any hints.
Internet connection holding up?
Microsoft busy doing one of it's rare and important massive updates?
CPU gone off and tied up doing a missed system scan?
Is it a Steam launch and could Steam be the problem?
Try logging into the Frontier Store with just your browser. See if you get that far.

Is the server up ? Its Thursday and I know they missed the PP update and were doing it late - launcher shows status..

Network is ok.
CPU seems ok.
It is a Steam launch.
Frontiere Store Log in ok.

something is corrupted. save time uninstall game and launcher. reboot reinstall. problem should be solved.
running win 10 x 64 latest updates no issues.
nvidia has resonantly released update.
