But they are all symptomatic of the same problem, a complete lack of useful communication from FD. They are more than willing to tell us things we don't care about or don't need to know, but can't answer simple questions about game mechanics or fixes of major bugs which have been present for months..

I do think those are separate issues. Frontier has done well at other conferences and streams before...this just went badly and I don't think that is a symptom of their irritating communication style.
