Elite Dangerous Mac-centric product page?

Hello fellow CMDR's,

just a quick question. I've finally managed to convince a friend - Mac owner - to buy into the beta but both he and I are unable to find the Mac-centric product page as detailed in the current newsletter. Anyone know where I/we can find this. And am I correct in thinking that all said Mac owner needs to do is buy into beta (which will include the Merc edition) to be able to play now albeit through Bootcamp or similar?

If you buy the game you automatically get the Mac version too. There is a Mac specific page to buy the game, in the store somewhere..

If you buy into the Beta now you also get to test the Mac beta. It's not out yet but I reckon it will be out soon. I have no facts to back that up, just based on what FD have announced.

Just remembered if you look in this weeks newsletter, that is the place to find a link to the Mac page.
I will be using a Mac but I bought the Beta a few days ago, so I don't miss out.

This is the bit from the newsletter..

Mac users who pre-order now will get all the pre-order benefits of the PC (including the reduced price for pre-order) and if they have access to a PC (or, for example, for those who have installed BootCamp) they will be able to play the PC version in the meantime, when it is released on December 16th.

Ah yes. Cheers. I presume that is only for those that haven't bought into beta, only pre-ordered the final release, and want the Merc edition though? As buying into beta now you get Merc edition anyway....for both PC and Mac? Correct?

The blurb on that page is the same as on the Merc edition page so am presuming that a Mac user will have the Merc edition too.

Yes, that's what it says on Mac page, you buy now, you get the merc edition. FD have always said that when you buy the game, you are buying a cross platform game. You get both PC and Mac versions at no extra cost.

So whatever you buy, beta or just the game, you get merc edition for both PC and Mac.
