The in-game guidance is too minimal or non-existent for high player retention.
There's nothing wrong with a challenge. It's ED's tendency to blindfold new players and beat them up with cricket bats before releasing them into the tiger's cage that's the issue.You mean a challenge?

I found out about the nominations too late, i would have voted.
Indeed, it took me years to really get the hang of it, mainly because of time restrains.True, but the learning curve with ED is a bit on the extreme side
But i am glad i i stuck with it, still enjoying it.
