Elite Dangerous Odyssey crashes after completing mission on installation

Elite Dangerous Odyssey crashes every time i complete a mission while at installations..

I took a reactivation mission installed the power regulator which i got from accepting mission...completed...then it said to leave settlement and while I was going to my ship the game crashed.
Now when i logged back in the mission wasn't complete and I did not have the power regulator either so I used one of mine and again the game crashed.
Now I have to abandon mission.

Same thing happened with a pick up mission..but at least that registered completed after crash.

And its weird that it only crashes at that specific point ...while returning towards my ship after completing a mission at an installation. It doesn't crash outside of it at all.

I'm unable to play this game due to bugs. But the worse part is my credits for fleet carrier is being deducted every week.

Blue Cobra on mission completion (still)

So I came back to play and see if the main issues have been rectified in update 7. Took a digital infiltration mission, recorded the whole thing (in the vain hope that it would work now) and executed a pretty flawless mission, got the mission completed update and... 10-20 seconds later... Blue...

The error code is : Blue Cobra, if it helps

Also, on steam it says 'steam cloud error' next to the game. Didn't know this game uses steam cloud function.

A bit strange if the game crashes that much - that's more than usual. Might be worth contacting Support and seeing if they can help work out what's wrong with your setup.

Actually many others have reported this exact error/issue...I can see the related posts dating back to a year ago from different people..Unfortunately, it just started happening to me.

I put in a request already but i doubt they will reply..So many crash reports from others as well.

I guess EDO from Steam may be an application supported by Steam Cloud. It may be syncing at that moment when you turn around to go to your ship and leave.

There is a checkbox for Steam cloud under settings/cloud. Unchecking that box would be a good test to see if it is a "steam cloud error".

In any event, you don't need steam cloud to play.

Hey, thanks for reply..Yeah I did that..disable cloud from steam settings. But I still get blue cobra error.Infact now I get it everytime I am in settlement even before completing mission. :-(...Guess I will decommission my fleet carrier and wait out, go on a hiatus off from this game...Tried everything else...Issued ticket...No reply yet from FDevs.

Anyone having the problem I had..It seems to be certain internet issue with Elite Dangerous. Somehow Elite Dangerous doesn't do incredibly well with my High-speed 5GHz connection. But when I connect it through Hotspot from my slow mobile data connection, it works flawlessly without any connection related crashes.
Weird, but at-least I know now where the problem is. It just sucks i have to connect hotspot every time i want to play this game.
