The problem with "a picture is worth a thousand words" is "a picture can mean a thousand things". Including a bit of textual context together with your pictures would greatly help many. You may have said something earlier, but it's not effective to make people search for it.

Nav Panel seems bugged, when docked, I can't see signal sources, I have to launch and exit the station to have them appear. Is this an intended change in behaviour?

Hasn't that always been the case? When you log in and are docked in a station you won't see signal sources.

Not for me, I was always able to select them when docked prior to launching. Maybe that was the bug and its been fixed!
