Elite Dangerous.Призматические щиты

Подскажите пожалуйста кто-нибудь.Я прокачал ранг у Айсинг до 3,а призматические щиты не открылись.Искал в Inara(где они продаются),просмотрел станций 10,нигде нет.Может я что-то неправильно делаю,хотя ракеты "Гончие" я открыл.Заранее Спасибо!

Can someone please tell me? I have upgraded my Icing rank to 3, but the prismatic shields have not opened. I looked in Inara (where they are sold), looked at 10 stations, but they are nowhere to be found. Maybe I am doing something wrong, although I have opened the "Hounds" missiles. Thanks in advance!

Have you pledged for longer than 4 weeks?
You need to have pledged for 4+ weeks AND rank 3 for them to show up in outfitting.
