I don't know who that is, but if Cmdr Whole wants to stop playing, then I don't see why not. Especially if he has a worthy cause.
I recently stopped playing for a week, so I know it's doable. I did it mostly in protest against the lack of time, though.

You aren't doing FDEV a favour by playing their game. If anything you'll do them a favour by not playing it, it's less server costs after all...

By the way, I still think the next big thing are Thargoid on foot CZs which explains why they have become so silent after the last update. It fits perfectly to the console and planet tiling news. If I am right people are asking for the impossible, they are nor going to spoil it.

If we can make it a 12 hour protest then I can promise to not play for the same twelve hour block every day and that should be easy for everyone else to fit around?

I think this idea is stupid. I propose that we protest this protest by playing Elite Dangerous for one day.
Yes! I'm fed up with buying ARX everyday. I suggest we organise a NO BUY ARX DAY! My credit card could do with a rest and I could do with being able to provide food for my children.
