That doesn't say it's down, that says your ISP is blocking it. It's a false positive, but one I have seen before due to the .cc domain. You'll need to contact your ISP if you want it unblocked.
In the meantime, you can use the Wayback machine, which is the same but slower: https://web.archive.org/web/20230504145754/http://a.teall.info/edsa/
Sorry, it's not the ISP, it's the entry of the site in a list called "blacklist" which is queried by e.g. browsers, virus scanners, etc.
Unfortunately, the URL siriuscorp.cc ended up on this list. Here are two notes about it.

The whole siriuscorp.cc website triggers URL blacklisting by Avast antivirus with both Firefox and Edge. I guess it should be OK with Avast being deactivated but I didn't try in case something is really wrong with the website.
It's up to the webmasters to check it out for malware and then ask Avast for details and to have the blacklisting lifted, if anyone still accessing the site can suggest them please

Ship Schematics for new ships?
Some great once took the trouble to create schematics for the ships. Somewhere there were also variants with the hardpoints highlighted. I found that quite practical if you were planning a new ship for some purpose. Does anyone know if there is anything like this for the newer ships (after Mamba)? - I couldn't find anything right away.
