Das hört sich so an, wie das Problem, das in diesem Thread beschrieben ist:

Andernfalls bleibt Dir nur der Weg über den Support.
BTW - hier ist das englischsprachige Forum, es gibt auch ein deutsches Forum (und mindestens ein unabhängiges deutsches ED-Forum).

BTW, this is the English forum - there's also a German Forum section (and at least one independent German ED Forum).
Bought ED on Steam, not allowed to play it.
I got it for free from Epic, but wanted on Steam because I prefer it over Epic. Since it was on sale I purchased it along with Odyssey pre-order as well. When I launch it via Steam it tells me I need to redeem or purchase it to continue. I most definitely did that. I've tried restarting Steam...
