Elite Dangerous Update 1.1 Issues

Hello,

this morning I installed the update to 1.1.

When I launched the game I was shocked about some changes that were made:
  • My ships energy usage is suddenly 103% (in a dogfight my engines turned off), before the update it was below 100%
  • I had a "Shield Cell Bank" with 7 energy cells capacity, now I just have 4 energy cells capacity
  • My Cobra suddenly gets 100% heat in a dogfight, before the patch I never received a "heat warning"
  • My two gimbaled beam lasers (500.000 credits each) have now a shorter fire duration (until they need some recharge time)
  • I am not sure but I think the "energy cells" for the "shield cell bank" are more expensive now
  • In my favorite systems there are by far less wanted ships (I have to watit longer until wanted ships arrive)

What the heck is that?
It really is frustrating now (need new equipment configuration because of the heating, need a new shield cell bank, etc).

You don't need to change your loadout, just set cargo hatch, fsd interdictor, fuel scoop, and frame shift drive to priority 2. Shield cells got a much needed nerf related to the amount and energy usage they have.
 
I have the same issue...... not too happy with 1.1 myself.

Installed 1.1 in the morning but did not get a chance to play until the next day... forgot the update was applied and just went about as normal.
Suddenly I find my cobra is not flying like it is supposed to, heating up, and I die fast during a simple dog fight (just fighting an anaconda as normal).
I figure... just must be having an off day.. so I pay the insurance and start again.... and end up crashing and burning exiting the station because my thrusters are not working right..... what's going on????
I have just enough to pay the insurance once more and then take a close look at my ship...
Power draw is suddenly over the top (110%) when before it was at 91%.
Now I notice that my thrusters are rated too low for my mass (did Frontier increase the mass of some items/cobra or lower the power of the thrusters or ??????)

Really annoyed now.... I have no money to upgrade... can't fly my ship correctly since the thrusters and suddenly too weak.

Excellent help. Now can you tell us how to fix having no targets to bountyhunt?

Um... Go to a Nav Beacon or some such? I'm not having any problems. Sorry I know that's not super helpful, but I know that only thing that changed about bounty hunting was in regards to RES'.

Can you explain further? If you're talking about seeing no contacts on your list, even though you can visually see them out the window of your ship, make sure your sensors didn't turn off when you drew too much power.
