Elite Dangerous won´t start because of an update!!

Every time i try to start Elite Dangerous it says that an update is required but I did the last update from the 2nd may of 2019 and I already deinstalled it and installed it back but nothing changed and I also checked the game data for errors

Please help!!!!!!

I actually don´t know but i set high priority for Elite Dangerous Updates if you mean that

2 weeks without fixing - Steam client asking for update

Still has no fix for the steam client asking for an update. I've already uninstalled and installed the steam and elite. The game only runs if I run from the EDLaunch.exe And I can't create a bug report in the new tool, ask to try later (I'm 'trying later' for days).
