Question to frontier - how can I upgrade to Deluxe is I am already owner of the regular edition of Horizons?
Elite Deluxe edition is back to store, but can existent horizons owners upgrade w/o buying it again?

You don't need to. If you have horizons and elite you already have the deluxe edition.
