If you are bored then dont explore. As for drinking it should be continuous without any breaks, I have alcohol constantly dripping into my Remlok.

My Exploration drinking game was - 1 shot for each 100k + Ls I had to fly. (200k 2 shots .. 300k 3 shots ... etc) Well... the time I was playing I actually flew there.
