Elite Hardware Issue(s)

There is something going on with my Video when I am in the Galaxy Map. There is a High frequency that emits a sound and I am not sure of the source of the sound (2 or 3 different frequency tones that cycle and repeat). Very annoying to my ears.

I have a Nvidia 780 Ti Graphics card.

I would like to see this problem go away...

I am not sure if its my Video card or if it's just the way the Galaxy map is programmed...

Anyone else out there experience this?

Can someone look into this please?

I would check to see if your graphics drivers are current also check to see if your sound drivers are current.

The only issue I had was sound cutting out once in a great while.

when i got my new rig ages back, i had a similair issue. Depending what was on the screen a high pitched buzz would get louder or quieter. Turns out there was a feedback loop being made using one cable to the screen via dvi and one back to the comp via phono lead (i was waiting for an amp to arrive at the time and the HMDI connection was to the larger tv). Once i'd unplugged the speaker cable, the noise stopped, might be worth a try?

Could be a dry-joint or a capacitor on it's way out.

How long have you had the card? Is it worth taking it back and asking for a new one?
