It is in a sub-folder of the game files specifically in the EDLaunch/Products/elite-dangerous-64/Movies folder - it is called FrontEnd0.webm - have fun.

just a clarification: I play on Win10 and the Steam engine, for me the file FrontEnd0.webm is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Elite Dangerous\Products\elite-dangerous-64\Movies
