Elite insignia on your pilot suit

For all I know this has already been posted...somewhere...but I had a poke around with the search tool using various keywords and nothing came up, so I figured what the hey, I'll post it anyway

In a screenshot I took today, I noticed something on the pilot's left shoulder. A closer look has convinced me it's actually the ELITE winged insignia - pretty cool touch I thought

I got out of the seat and checked it out with the DK2 on
Nice touch eh?

BTW it is on both shoulders.
