Has anyone recently attempted to locate their steam keys? Steam keys can only be accessed for some games, Elite not included. Thus, I can't activate my account, as I can not get the steam key to register. Is anyone having the same problems?

If you mean the CD key of a Steam-purchased copy of Elite - then you might be searching in vain as purchases there after April 2019 are of the "no key" variety.
If you mean your Steam key for a store-bought Elite then it is in your account details under Partner Keys in the frontierstore.net site.

When I login I see "Please purchase / redeem Elite Dangerous to continue" :: Frontier Customer Support
