Elite / Frontier Elite: Let's Play video series

Hi there Pembs. Firstly welcome to the forum. :) Liked your video and will watch the rest later. I always liked the NES version as it has elements of both the 8 and 16 bit versions.

Welcome Commander!

It's always great to see more user generated content to get the Elite brand out there. :D

Thank you!

As Kerrash said, it's always good to see new people producing content to support the series and its community. I must ask, do you also intend to upload Elite: Dangerous footage?

Thanks for the feedback everyone. Yes once I have Elite: Dangerous, I think it would be fun to do a similar Let's Play series for that too. I'm second beta tier, so it will be a while before I get my hands on it unfortunately.

Are most people around here in the first alpha?

I think lots of people certainly are. I'm one of them. :D

Its good by why the NES version?

If you're playing ELITE, you should be playing the best version and the original.

BBC Model B Disk Version

..if nothing else, simply for the ECM which really SCREAMS at you :D

Good work. :)

I made a short video of Commodore 64 ELITE after listening to the Lave Radio Retro Lave Christmas Special (http://laveradio.com/podcasts/retrolave-ep10.mp3), did same flights just to see if I still got "it". And yes, it all came back just as if I had last played the real thing only yesterday! :)

The video has some annotations, but at least on my smartphone they didn't show up. On every PC I've tested, they work though.
