Keep getting random interdictions from the missus asking me how many hours I'll be playing it.
.
How little she knows about Elite!

poor girl does not realise she has become an Elite widow.

LOL, been thinking of doing the same thing myself. My wife won a projector from work last year (her company makes them) and we've never even turned it on. This might be just the impetus I need.

When my 4 year old said 'can I watch frozen' (for the 4000th time) I had a real dilemma!

.
upset a little girl to play Elite?

Nice! What do you have to handle the audio side?

I have yet give Elite a bach on the projector - I need my flatmate to not be here, I'll be turning the system up waaaayyy too loud!

Making do with the 55" in the bedroom for now. I'm also not sure where I would put the TrackIR in the projector room! I may have to set up one of my tripods or something.

Have you got space behind the player, as in an auditorium. If so, have you thought about getting a row of seats and charging for spectators to watch :)

Maybe DB can get a few small independant cinemas to have ED on the big screen as a sort of starter training session for beginers. Have one experienced pilot show the audience a few tricks and what to do. After an hour of showing off, each spectator gets a 5 minute lesson where everyone else gets to laugh at them crashing.

It's a cinema room so normally seats 5.
