£23.19 for the commander edition is an amazing bargain - I don't think I have seen it that cheap before.

Now I have to think up another commander name (***thinks*** ... there were 4 crew on the Vital Spark ..... hmmmm ) ;)

There is apparently a Halloween sale coming to Steam this weekend. Perhaps it will go on sale then (IIRC the last few sales it was on sale).

I do feel that they are really pressing to get everybody upgraded to Horizons at this point, with the free content and whatnot. At this price, you really can't go wrong. If I was playing the base game, I would have been bored a long time ago instead of being bored now.:D

A second account can be useful, especially to an explorer. That way you can have one ship in the inhabited bubble, while the other is on the far side of the galaxy.

While I do have money I don't have enough to buy for him 2 accounts >....>
Neither am I going to buy myself a second account.

good choice on the deluxe.
and dont worry about not having a 2nd account... other than using it to "cheat" a 2nd pip to have a bit more power in the game (not needed unless you like to PvP on your own) a 2nd account does not allow you to do anything in the game that you cant do on 1 account.

sure you have to make a decision of... do i want to go and explore for a month, knowing i cant shoot stuff in the bubble at the same time... but for many, it is these decisons which mean the game still has some meaning.

if you are in the deep black and get an itchy trigger finger, that is exactly one reason why CQC was made.

My Cutters look awesome with the 2nd account taking up the empty seats. Sure I get the extra pip which is an added bonus. I seriously bought mine to have in the bubble while exploring on the main account. But I'll be honest, no matter what I'm doing, if I'm in the cutter the 2nd account gets loaded in too.

tempted to buy a 3rd account - but can I really be bothered to go through the hassles of creating a new email address - just to buy it - thanks to their crappy system of binding One Account to One Email address :(
