Made this in between tending to my newborn twins after I worked out how to hack my NVIDA 750M to run Shadowplay (thankyou youtube!). It is just the one shot obviously but the start works quite well with the Muse track and then I dunno it's kind of strangely compelling. Does highlight the appeal of Horizons though to me personally - how one can be in orbit and then zip over to the next celestial object enter orbit, spy a surface feature and land there!!!! Awesomeness ensues. Almost fudged the landing due to the high gravity of Leesti 1 - it's not Achenar 3 though seeing some of the other videos!
Annnnywayss I'm thinking about making a series of music videos (not all one shot) with cool tracks and cool locations so if you have any suggestions on either tunes or locations I'm up for it. It's quite a therapeutic release from the continuous parenting that having x 2 newborns at the same time entails. My only request for locations is if they could be around the vicinity of the Old Worlds as that's where my Cobra is camped out as I slowly grind to an Asp- and with the small windows of time I get I'm not sure if I have the constitution yet for an epic journey
