Elite the waiting game

The game should be called Elite the Spinning Diamond. Is anybody else having trouble with very long delays on server connection when using star-port services and dropping into systems.
I have 2 accounts on 2 separate PC's and different broadbands, all with speeds over 60mbs. It only seems to happen at peak times, between 6 and 10 at night and through the day at weekends.
I cannot count the amount of different colour Krait disconnections I've had, it would seem the servers are overloaded at these times, the game is virtually unplayable. Anyway Rant Over

Did you mean the Router, I have tried that, playing other games online at these times with no problem. After 10pm it is great no problems

No, propably FD broke some netcode settings with the last update, since then it's annoyingly unstable and rubberbanding.
Hyperspace tunnel takes ages.

I havent been having any problems, maybe youre judt unlucky ? Or maybe im just very lucky.

(I have noticed rubberbanding around stations, nowhere else though)

This is what I do, but I'm occasionally experiences issues here of late in the Western US. And no, I have no issues with other sites/games.

Yes, but you are able to afford a swanky Beluga .... OP might be having to rough it in a regular ship

Servers are fine. I've had zero issues.
You must have a terrible connection to the Elite server. Have you done a tracert?
