Elite why the love hate relationship EH?

Omg this &@$!!! Game!!

so I finally get some time to play ED, 2 hours of uninterrupted game time yay me I thought.

Jump in my Viper and off I go to do some bounties.
I enter Chowie system and begin scanning for Wanteds.

2 hours later.....

8 Wanteds interdictioned 7 flee at around 20% hull left even with me targeting the drives I can not prevent them from escaping. ( this is Adda and Vipers, Cobras and Asps)

the he rest of my time was getting pulled into Intrediction while I was just about to Intradict a wanted by the police.... This is so annoying.
Again, I have no warrants, no bounties on me and this has become so annoying.
This is a game, just let us get on with it... If we pull a wanted over, fight it out, the enemy does not really have a wife and kids.... I am the one with a wife and kids and my game time is precious.
i do not want to have wasted two hours because of the " Scardy pants " Wanted bugging out all the time and the annoying interuptions from police while I am flying.

scan me once when I enter system sure, but don't scan me again until I dock.
Frustrated and tired of smashing my head into the keyboard with this game.

I've yet to be interdicted by police since launch.

If your targets are getting away you need to get a Wake Scanner and follow them.

In the sub-systems panel, target your targets powerplant... end of fight, you win everytime.

Not sure I've seen this yet, only drives, guns , ect, Missile launcher and weapons but thanks if it is doable

I think the thing you have to realize about this game is that with the entirety and vastness of the world in which we play, the game speed is going to be relative to that ideal regardless of whether or not you want it to be.

What i'm saying is, the game is so large that everything is going to take just a little bit of time. This isn't a fast-paced shoot-em-up Call of Duty game. This is a game for people that enjoy exploration, trading, and even combat. This game isn't a rewarding cakewalk. It's frustration after frustration, forcing you to learn how to PLAY BETTER. You wont be good just by complaining. Look up how to dogfight. Google how to kill ships before FSD'ing. Etc.

Just ENJOY yourself. This game has a learning curve. Just figure it out at your own pace and have fun with it :)
