It's worth remembering that that above screenshot includes the materials discount that will be applied for the next 'just under two weeks' (I suspect until server maint on 25/2/21). After that time more mats will be required.
So cost after approx 25/2/21, and special offer CG price until then....
Proto Radiolic Alloys base requirements 16, reduced by two for each tier above Tier 1 = 10
Conductive Ceramics base requirements 24, reduced by four for each tier above Tier 1 = 12
Hybrid Capacitors base requirements 26, reduced by four for each tier above Tier 1 = 14
Phosphorus base requirements 28, reduced by four for each tier above Tier 1 = 16

Nothing hugely amazing. I expect superlightweight ships like the iCourier would benefit though. Every ounce of weight slows it down. These racks are fragile so are useless in hybrids.

FSD was not a rival CG event... so should be a lot later in the recycled rewards..
I now (or will soon) have two of them but the question in my mind is are they worth using?
