Did she move to a different system?

Silly question but you do have the Horizons season? or have you loaded up ED 64 bit instead of Horizons 64 bit? as she's one of the original 4 accessible engineers it should just a matter of dropping off some Soontil relics for access.

I was there too, she is there but........i thought that the planet had 3g gravity?
Or i am wrong? Now it has only about 1g and i think that i remember 3g gravity. Really!
But maybe i am wrong......:S
