Emissive windows

Can someone tell me what the 2 new emissive windows that require power are? I have no idea what are they for

I was wondering the same. Additionally, not sure why they are completely invisible from one side.

yeah I was also a little confused at first. you can slide the ones behind the window frame like a glass panel, at night they shine in the set color

Essentially it's so you can transform the window pieces in the latest DLC into the standard window pieces that have an emissive light as well.

This gives you both the ability to have the regular tacked on windows we always have but also make your custom windows with custom glass.
